Information we collect
Inquiry forms collect the name, email, optional organization and the goal or application details a visitor chooses to submit. The Academy stores enrolled sign-in email, quiz scores and attempt counts, structured coursework responses, and any issued credential name, ID, status and date. The public verification page shows only program, ID, issue date and current status. Do not submit account passwords, government IDs, credit reports, bank details or medical records.
How we use it
EMCB uses inquiry data to respond, evaluate applications and coordinate the relevant EMCB or separately requested KAP LLC conversation. A separate marketing opt-in will be required before promotional email or text campaigns. We do not sell inquiry data.
Access, retention and requests
Authorized staff access the information needed for their role. Kondwani administers enrollment, grades, coursework and credential status; Ishmar handles inquiries; Dare may review coursework when that role is enabled. Proposed inquiry retention is 24 months after last activity. Academy records and credentials are retained while needed to document an issued credential, subject to the final policy and applicable law. Services and security
Hosting, email and payment providers may process data under their own terms when connected. The site does not collect raw card numbers. The final policy will list active processors, cookies, cross-border handling and the operative contact address before public transactions begin.
