KAP LLC consulting framework
KAP LLC provides consulting only under a separately signed proposal or agreement naming the parties, scope, deliverables, schedule, fee, payment milestones and authorized decision makers. Work outside scope requires a written change. The client supplies accurate information and timely decisions. Third-party fees and travel require written approval. Confidential information is exchanged through an agreed secure method, not the public inquiry form.
A proposal will state rescheduling and cancellation rules, the treatment of work already performed, ownership and permitted use of deliverables after payment, and a process for resolving concerns. KAP LLC does not guarantee revenue, credit-score changes, funding, grants, contracts or approval by outside organizations. Counsel should review the final agreement for the service and jurisdiction involved.
