Membership, cancellation and refund terms

Who sells the membership

The Square checkout identifies KAP LLC as the merchant for EMCB membership. EMCB education and community access are distinct from separately scoped KAP LLC consulting and donations to Each One Teach 1 Inc. Contact kp@kapllc.co about billing or access. These terms apply to consumer purchases made through the EMCB site; the checkout price and any applicable tax are shown before payment.

Current one-year passes

Bronze $190, Silver $490, Gold $990 and Platinum $2,490 each purchase one year of the named tier. These currently supplied Square links are one-time payments. The pass begins when EMCB verifies your Square payment and activates your account, normally within two business days after receiving the receipt and matching sign-in email. The pass expires 12 months after activation; it does not renew automatically. If we cannot activate the purchased access, request a full refund. Do not purchase twice while awaiting enrollment.

Future recurring subscriptions

Proposed monthly prices are Bronze $19, Silver $49, Gold $99 and Platinum $249. Monthly recurring checkout is not currently available on this site. Before we offer it, the checkout must plainly show the billing amount and frequency, renewal terms, tax, cancellation method and any trial terms, and obtain affirmative consent. No trial, minimum commitment or automatic upgrade is implied. Changes in price or tier apply only after advance notice and any required consent.

How to cancel a recurring plan

When recurring subscriptions launch, members may cancel through the management link Square sends with the subscription receipt or by emailing kp@kapllc.co with the account email and tier. We will acknowledge an email request within two business days and confirm its effective date. A timely cancellation stops future renewal charges; access ordinarily continues to the end of the already paid period. There is no phone call, retention interview or penalty required to cancel. For a one-year pass purchased through the current links, there is no recurring charge to stop; you may simply let the pass expire.

Refunds

For a first one-year pass, request a full refund within 14 calendar days after activation. For a first future monthly subscription, request a full refund within seven calendar days after activation. After that initial window, unused portions of a paid term are generally not prorated when a member chooses to leave. For a future renewal, request a refund within seven days if the renewed benefits have not been used; otherwise cancellation stops the next charge. We will correct duplicate charges, billing errors and access we fail to provide, and honor any rights required by law. Refunds go to the original payment method; contact kp@kapllc.co with the transaction date and account email, never a full card number.

Availability and conduct

We will provide the benefits described for the purchased tier, with reasonable notice of live schedules and changes. A cancelled or expired membership loses tier access at the end of its paid period. Serious violations of published community rules may result in suspension after documented review; a refund decision will take account of the circumstances and applicable law. Membership provides education and community, not guaranteed income, funding, credit outcomes, contracts or other results. Inner Circle admission and KAP LLC consulting use separate written agreements.

Other purchases

A separately purchased course may be refunded within 14 days if less than 20% of lessons have been viewed and no certificate has issued. An inaccessible or defective download will be replaced or refunded when reported within 14 days. Cancel an event at least seven days before it starts for a full refund; later requests may be transferred if space permits. If EMCB cancels an event, choose a full refund or transfer. Each separate checkout must show the relevant terms.
