Lesson transcript and notes

01 / THE CODE

A goal needs a path into today.

Big ambition becomes useful when you choose a measurable 90-day result, break it into milestones, and put the next action on the calendar.

What will exist in 90 days that does not exist now?
02 / LEARNING TARGET

Build a feasible blueprint.

You will define one outcome, three monthly milestones, a Weekly Top 5, and an action you can complete today. You will identify capacity and evidence before committing.

One clear objective beats twelve competing priorities.
03 / THE OUTCOME

Make the objective testable.

Weak: Grow my business. Strong: By day 90, complete 20 customer interviews, test two offers, and close five paid pilot projects at documented margins.

Use a date, quantity, and proof.
04 / MONTHLY MILESTONES

Sequence the work.

Month 1: interview and price. Month 2: run two pilots and capture feedback. Month 3: improve the offer and close paid projects. Each milestone should create an artifact needed for the next.

Do not scale a process you have not tested.
05 / THE WEEKLY TOP 5

Choose actions, not aspirations.

This week: list 15 prospects; book five interviews; interview three; draft one offer; review costs. Assign each action an owner, a day, and an evidence field.

If it has no owner or date, it is still a wish.
06 / CAPACITY CHECK

Does it fit real life?

If you have five hours this week, do not schedule fifteen hours of tasks. Estimate time, remove low-value work, and reserve space for interruptions. Replan with honesty rather than hiding a miss.

Planned hours must not exceed available hours.
07 / YOUR PRACTICE

Fill the Blueprint.

Write the objective, three monthly milestones, Weekly Top 5, today's 20-minute first action, a simple metric, and your next review date. Download the Blueprint from the Academy page.

Objective → month → week → today.
08 / CLOSING CHARGE

Start before the plan feels perfect.

A useful blueprint is specific enough to act on and flexible enough to revise. Complete the first action, record the result, and use the evidence to improve next week.

Plan. Act. Measure. Adjust.
GRADED KNOWLEDGE CHECK

Test the principle.

Answer all five questions. Four correct answers meet the 80% standard. Answers are scored and saved on the server for enrolled learners; retakes are allowed after reviewing feedback.

STRUCTURED APPLICATION / MODULE 05

Turn the lesson into an action.

Complete the 90-day Codebreaker Blueprint: one outcome, three monthly milestones, this week's Top 5, first action, evidence, and review date.

Each of the five fields is worth 20 completeness points. A response needs at least 30 characters; the date must be today or later. These checks do not judge whether the work is effective or whether you completed the action in real life.
