Your plan becomes stronger when you compare commitments with evidence, invite honest feedback, and use what you learn to serve people beyond yourself.
What changed because you acted? You will calculate completion, separate activity from outcomes, request one specific piece of feedback, and set a next-quarter plan with a contribution to others.
Measure, learn, revise, serve. If you planned 20 interviews and completed 14, completion is 70%. Record what you learned from those 14, whether they changed your offer, and what prevented six. Do not inflate the count.
14 ÷ 20 = 70%.Five outreach messages are activity. Two booked conversations are an outcome of that activity. One signed client is a later result. Track the chain to find the real bottleneck.
Which step creates the next step?Instead of 'How am I doing?', ask: 'Which part of my proposal was unclear, and what would make the next version easier to decide on?' Listen, thank the person, and test the suggestion.
Feedback is data, not a verdict on your worth.Legacy is not only a distant achievement. Mentor one person, share a useful resource, keep a family commitment, or improve a community process. Name the beneficiary, action, and date.
Service becomes real when someone benefits.List planned and completed actions, the result, one honest lesson, feedback received, a revised 90-day objective, and one specific act of service. Protect other people's private details.
What will you repeat, stop, and improve?Celebrate evidence without pretending the work is finished. Share the progress you can verify, accept the corrections you need, and take responsibility for your next chapter.

Each of the five fields is worth 20 completeness points. A response needs at least 30 characters; the date must be today or later. These checks do not judge whether the work is effective or whether you completed the action in real life.
